Every Holiday Season

There are many things that can bring a smile to one's face. Our big red bags are one of them. After connecting with the local elementary schools to learn of families who may benefit from a little extra love (and gift cards, etc.) - names withheld, of course - we surprise thews families (15+ in total) with a big red bag full of goodies, including: gift cards to Wal-Mart, gift cards to a local restaurant, a family game, a cozy blanket, handmade desserts (made by a local friend/resident), and other needed items. While we don't see the hand-off of such bags to the family, we feel an overflowing gratitude that we are able to provide such gift to someone for that holiday season.
